How do I reserve a spot for camp?
All participants must register for camp online through our website.
What time is check-in?
On the first day of Day Camp, (June 26th) check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. just inside the main entrance of John Paul Jones Arena.
On the days following (June 27th & 28th), campers may begin to arrive at 8:30 a.m. Camp will begin each day promptly at 9:00 a.m. on the main floor and end there at 4 p.m.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch at any point during camp.
What forms are required for my child to attend camp?
When/after you register for camp, you will be required to upload the following COMPLETED forms:
Only campers with complete documentation will be admitted to camp. Failure to submit completed paperwork may result in losing a spot at camp and a full refund.
What should I bring?
For Day Camp Lunch is provided each day; however, you are also encouraged to bring money to use for snacks at the camp store.
What is included in my camp fee?
For Day Camp Only: In addition to basketball instruction and games, all campers will receive a Nike t-shirt, Nike basketball, and lunch each day. The t-shirt will be available for pick-up when you check-in; the basketball will be available to take home at the conclusion of camp.
Do you have any overnight camps?
No, we do not have any overnight camps.
What kind of medical care is available?
Certified athletic trainers are on site throughout camp. Please be sure to include any information that will be important for them to know when filling out your child’s medical history form. If medication needs to be given, or there is a special circumstance our medical staff needs to be aware of, you will be able to meet with an athletic trainer the morning of check-in.
What if my child needs to leave early?
All campers are expected to stay on the premises for the duration of camp and will not be able to leave for any reason. If you have a special situation where your child will arrive late or will need to be picked up early, please let our staff know so proper arrangements can be made.
What if my child has a food allergy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any allergies or special dietary concerns. Campers with food allergies or restrictions should bring their own lunch each day. We will have a refrigerator on-site where campers can store their lunches during the day.
Are boys able to attend camp?
Coach Mox basketball DAY CAMP is open to boys and girls.

- Pick Up Authorization Form (Day Camp)
- Scanned copy of the front AND back of your insurance card
